For an Affiliate to be eligible for the Bonus Pool shares...

• They must have opted in the A Better Way between November 6, 2020, and January 30, 2021.
• They must have sponsored one new affiliate into A Better Way between November 6, 2020, and January 30, 2021 (existing customer upgrades count, existing affiliates do not count).
• They must opt-in to Greener Still and pay the $14 per month Affiliate fee.

Users that help you qualify

• Any new level 1 Affiliates (includes customer upgrades) and personally sponsored customers that joined their team on or after November 6, 2020.
• Any level 2 customers and Affiliates that joined on or after November 6, 2020 (customer upgrades count as a new affiliate) sponsored by the new affiliates (customer upgrades count) from your level 1 that joined November 6 or after.

Qualifying Purchases

• All commissionable purchases (new or recurring), by the above users, in the month of February, including any orders that are dated February 1, 2021, from pre-launch sales.
• All commissionable purchases ongoing within the calendar month (new or reoccurring), from the above user, will count as qualified purchases.
• Example: Jane signed up Joe on November 6 as an affiliate, Joe has a monthly subscription for the $97 Unlimited Plan. Each month this subscription runs, it will count towards Jane’s qualifying purchases.

To Earn Shares

Option 1:

• Must be at least Star 1 qualified within the calendar month.
  • For every 15 points from level 1 of qualifying purchases, one share of the Bonus Pool is earned. • Affiliates can earn multiple shares for each qualifying 15 point cycle on level 1.

Or Option 2:

• Affiliate must be qualified as both a Star 1 and Star 2.
• Affiliate must earn at least one share through option 1 to qualify to earn shares on level 2.
• For every 30 points from level 2 of qualifying purchases, one share into the Bonus Pool can be earned.
• Affiliate can earn multiple shares for each qualifying 30 point cycle on level 2.
