This Holiday Checklist will ease the stress and help you send cards and gifts conveniently, timely, and cost-effectively this season. As you spread your holiday cheer, share this checklist with your friends, family and fellow SendOutCards customers and distributors to perpetuate the best giving season ever.

Use Your Contact Manager

The holidays are about letting everyone know you care. Check your Contact Manager to ensure that those you care about are listed and that their information is correct and ready to go. Remember to make sure YOUR personal contact information is also correct so your holiday tidings are never lost!

Importing contacts can be tricky at times, so we've included a tutorial on how to import your contacts to show you how. You may also use this instructional PDF for further assistance.

Create A Campaign

If you are sending your holiday greetings to large groups of people, You may also want to import your contacts campaign style For reference we have included a video tutorial to aid you in the process.

Create Perfect Holiday Cards

Your Cards will stand out this holiday season using our incredible greeting card system. You can use holiday borders, templates, clipart and more with your pictures to build personalized, custom cards. As an added bonus, all postcards, 2-panel, 3-panel and BIG Cards will be printed on premium card stock at no additional cost to you!

You may also want to use your Personal Handwriting Font to add a special touch to your cards. If you do not yet have your Personal Handwriting Font, please mail in your form BEFORE December 1st. After December 1st, we cannot guarantee your fonts or signatures will be available for your holiday sending. 

Use Custom Brand Manager

This year, make the back of your cards holly-and-jolly by using the SendOutCards Custom Brand Manager. Enhance your recipient's experiences with the exclusive ability to design and brand the back of your cards. Purchase the Custom Brand Manager now for $149. Tips To Be Ready

The month of December is our busiest time of the year. We want to make sure your cards are sent out on time. To accomplish that goal, our production team will be printing cards at a much faster pace. Starting December 1st you DO NOT have until midnight to edit your cards like usual. Instead, We encourage you to make any edits to your cards before sending or as soon as possible afterward, because your card can be sent to print as soon as you click send.

Make sure you have enough funds for the holiday season beforehand so you can beat the holiday rush - Without points for cards and gifts, and expense for postage, shipping and gift cards, your cards won't make it to the printers and into the mailboxes of your family and friends. Due to the high volume of traffic on the SendOutCards website during the holiday season, you may experience slight delays in the speed of the website. This is why creating and sending your holiday cards early is ideal.

Response times may be delayed during the holiday season due to the high volume of inquiries.
